Before Dawn

Author Dean Conrad - back cover reads - One brush with the undead might be enough for most, but the amateur vampire fighters find a slim clue and travel across the country in pursuit of the ancient vampiress Eva in the second installment in the After Dark Series. The fiend has kidnapped their friends Lisa, Jimmy and Bo. Eva plans to sacrifice Lisa and her baby in a vampire's black mass.

With the help of her brutish servants Lazlo and Kazmer, Eva has joined a new and larger vampire colony, where she does not exactly fit in, in the meantime, the vampire hunters join forces with the Brethen, a group of crossbow carrying professional vampire hunters, that dates back to the Crusaders.

After the vampire colony location is detected the combined vampire hunters prepare a daring attack to wipe out the undead and free their friends.
